    Thank you guys for replying.

I was hoping that Alto is EFI and gives a nice average. I hav a toyota platz and that gives me an average of 15km/ltr in city wid/widout AC. I wanted alto as a secondary car. My problem is that i want to teach driving to someone at home and for that i need a car whose parts are 100% available.

As far as CNG is concerned, i can hav it installed afterwards. but 10 km/ltr wich means ~5 Rs/km is certainly not affordable and i am an antiCNG person.

Mehran is too pathetic to buy. I am not going to be blackmailed by paksuzuki into buying a zerometer, 20 yr old designed car just becuz of its low price, how less my buget may be. It gives inferiority complex to see mehran running on roads.

so right now i am looking for other alternatives - alto is not feasible for me. now i see two options:
    1. 2 door vitz
    2. 2nd hand santro

You can buy cuore in the same budget, or buy second hand cuore automatic. It is good for beginners.

no i dont thnk the vitz parts are inexpensive but the thng is the parts that are most affected by a learner are gears and clutches and brakes.

auto transmission solves the problem. and as far as brake parts are concerned they are easily available.

yes the coure is a nice option but i think its not worth its price. so i ll buy the foreign car
