Default Alto VXR heat up problem

i have alto VXR 2006 about 65k driven.
problem is when i drive on motorway above 100km/h with AC on, car starts heating up and temperature needle goes to 3/4 of gauge. in city driving and less than 100km/h speed or AC off it remains normal(1/2) level.
i have experienced same problem about 5 months before.then i serviced the radiator, installed new genuine thermostat valve.it became normal.perhaps due to weather change it remains normal and same problem again when summer about to start.i have recently serviced my AC and my heater is bypassed from coolant path.I'm using "Payro" (maybe "piro") coolant and it was about 5 months old when i serviced radiator.
    please help me.
    thanx in advance

If u r driving on CNG, get the tappets checked, may be they are not properly adjusted.

if within city u dont use and thats why car dont heatup, get ur AC system checkedup.
Prepare for the worst, Hope for the best.

well make sure your tappets are properly adjusted, your ac pulley's bearing is fine, and make sure the ac belt is no too tight. if nothing works lossen the belt ane way this will affect your coling and your ac belt but solve your heating problem.

good luck and hope it helps.

well!! i don't have enough knowledge about it :-(
about bearing, i think it was TNT bearing which coasted me about 500Rs.i also changed timing belt n bearing at that time.since then there is a noise just like common water pump noise in homes but it only comes at morning when car is cold and it settles down after 2,3 minutes.

i had same problem in my 2007 as well
    what i did was
drained all the radiator exsisting coolant , flushed all the circuit with water, refilled in and added 10 min radiator flush in it ran engine with car stationary for like fifteen mins or so, drained the water completely and added fresh coolant again, so far so good.

this is even affective if u have a partially chocked radiator, flush the circuit with the help of water pump centrifugal type plus make sure that pump doesnt make too much pressure as it can impact ur gasket.
