Very smooth drive MashahAllah with no chu chu khar khar of any sort. Very neat n clean interior with some modifications done by me like installation of white leds in dashboard and a DIY USB power socket. Here are the pics....

Well I was not able to take the pictures while installing leds but ll try to explain it.
Firstly removed the front cover by unscrewing the screw present under AC vents and front cover of the meter by removing screws on upper side. Then removed the meter by removing 4 screws in the front. the result will be like this.

AoA guys. After driving in last week's rains in Pindi (ok, not in the rains, but in the water due to rains), the carpet on the driver's side got wet. I went to a mechanic to find the spot from where the water had come in. He got under the car to see if the rubber seals were in place. When he got out he said there was no place for a rubber seal in the floor. According to him the whole floor was solid metal. I asked him to remove the carpet but he said there's nothing to see under the carpet. Does anyone have any idea from where the water could enter baleno's floor? Can it come through the bonnet somehow? Like through the steering shaft area? I'd be thankful for any experience on insight on the problem.

The easiest way is to just put in a fan of OEM specs or maybe silightly bigger for personal satisfaction...
Yes you may install a slightly larger fan but a larger fan does not mean more air flow...fan's blade design matters a lot...
You need to know the air flowrate that a fan can provide...
This is misconception that bigger fan in dia would always provide more air flow...

Is your current fan giving any problem or signs that it may give any?

I think its better to get it installed...

Fot T valve, yes get it installed. There is no harm in getting it installed in Summer. After car has reached certain temperature it opens and remains open and closes only when car is cold enough. It has nothing to do with the season. The only difference would be that in summer it wont give you lesser benefit than in winters. Keep driving colder car increases wear and tear and also the fuel consumption. Engine should reach operating temperature as quickly as possible.
As for fan cross check with someone else. Plus just turn on the car and keep heating it until fan turns on. If it stops after some time, means fan is doing its job and no need to worry coz fan would only stop recieving current once car is again with safe temp limit....
