I just got my baleno A/C compressor, condenser and fan motor changed but the technician added a relay and on enquiry he said that when you'll switch on the air condition, both fans will work from the starting no matter if it needs or not and it will cut out the automatic system of your radiator fan but in normal condition your radiator fan will work automatically I mean it will work when the engine is hot enough . Is this OK? Because I just read here that your engine should reach certain temperature as quickly as possible to avoid wear and tear. Please help.

First of all do you have thermostat valve installed.....Radiator fan should always be automatic....

I dont know what that is. Radiator fan works automatically without AC but if you switch on the AC it will start right over no matter if you just started your car cold. This is bad no? Should I go back to him and ask to get it in stock condition?

As you already know that sooner the car reaches optimal temp better fuel mileage and less wear tear....T valve helps to get the temp of car on optimal conditions quicker...

Does it become oily or just black with carbon. If oily most probably oil is seeping in combustion cylinder via valve seals or weak rings. If only carbon gets deposited then most probably fuel injector of that cylinder is faulty causing that cylinder to run rich on fuel....

Then the issue is most probably with valve seals or piston rings of that cylinder. If your car is not decreasing oil or is not causing any other major trouble, i'll suggest you do nothing as you have recently overhauled the engine. There is no point in getting it opened again and secondly just drive for sometime, hopefully new parts would adapt to each other, settle down and close the clearences. But if you are having problems then i guess you will have to open the engine again..

Better stay with OEM, if it is not repairable replace it with Hydraulic PS as origional. You can install electronic PS but its speed assist feature would not work, no one would know how to wire it. By wiring i don't mean connecting wires, i mean programing its input from VSS.

Oh okay then i guess ill get the hydraulic one
Another question.. in starting my car., it takes a long self to start..sometimes it will start in half a self then immediately shut off after which it again takes a long time to start
This only happens when the car has been standing for a while like 2 hours or something ...what could be the issue?

Does your car start on petrol and then convert to CNG or do you hane the manual CNG switch which starts car directly on petrol? I faced the same problem, turned out to be a bad CNG switch connection. Changed its grip and and problem got solved. Mine had Auto CNG switch that came FF.

Then do check CNG switch wiring grip. Also check for loose emulator and advancer connections. Hopefully problem would get resolved...
