    Default Tips for Baleno

    i have a lot of experience of using and maintaining baleno all types of balenos.its really a marvelous car of suzuki.but little diffferent to maintain from other cars.if u have some problems discuss with me on this forum.B-)

    If new butterfly is installed, you need to adjust its position with throttle stop screw. I got new butterfly made for my car and it started doing the same, adjusted it and everything is fine since May-2013 including petrol consumption...

    one quick question do throttle boddy butterfly needs to get closed all the way blocking complete light or there should be tiny amount of light passing through the sides or side of butterfly?

    Yes it should be closed all the way but it needs to be made sure that butterfly does not exert pressure on walls of TB rather screw should take all the stopping force. This setting is simple but needs to be very precise. I did it by placing paper between throttle stop screw and butterfly lever. Also make sure that TP values remain within norms.

    Slight gap can be covered by IACV getting closed but only if it is due to worn butterfly. If it is due to to throttle stop screw being little too tight, it can lead to increased fuel consumption due to errors in TP sensor reading even if rpm stays normal

    xperiencing very strange problem i filled cng in car of 890 full tank nw thng is it has done 220km nd still on red bt the strang part is petrol is decreasing jbk i dint ran on petrol evn for 1km.....i dont get wat is the problm is cng nd petrol getting mixed or smthng?please help me any 1 who got some experience

    220 is abnormally high milage....
    Petrol dercreasing means petrol is burning if there is no other leakage.
    There are two safeties to stop petrol in FF Baleno. Firstly fuel pump gets cut off and secondly injectors get disconnected. To check whether pump is getting disconnected or not just remove the petrol return pipe when on Cng, there should be no fuel flow. For injectors test them by removing their grip and connecting them one by one to tester light after converting to cng, there should be no pulse in any of the injector grips.

    thnkx bro will do ths thing at frst time in morning....btw in case petrol is going...what may b the cause or culprit?bad ecu?

    I am not exactly sure but definately not ECU. Maybe Emulator, as it is related to fuel system when on CNG.

    Hello Baleno Master,

    I have a 1999 Baleno 1.3 and my engine started to create noise on high rpm; my mechanic suggested it needs overhaul. When he opened the engine it the head was already repaired and my camshaft had scratches so as the pistons. I would like to know how much does a good kabli engine would cost and where can i buy it from. Would really appreciate a quick response as my car engine is open for repair and i am without a car nowadays.

    Dear I would suggest to change head assembly of your engine.(Kabli) where you from, if Rwp/Isb then Mithoo ka ahata is the place where you can buy it
