Yes, I have changed the fuel filter. checked the injectors again, they are clean. But noticed one thing that when check engine light appears, problem starts and as soon as light turns off car start running smoothly. The check engine light appears at intervals for few seconds.

I went for the replacement of plugs and tuning today because my car has been missing lately. The problem was fixed almost 90% when I closed the air filter box tightly with paper under the clips. I wanted to make it perfect so I thought I might as well get the car tuned. The mechanic asked me if I wanted computer tuning (rs 1500) or manual tuning (rs 500). Could someone please explain the difference between the both and suggest which one I should get? And please comment on the prices too of they're right, I'm getting this done from islamabad. And the denso spark plugs cost rs 500 each.

Just to share my experience. My car was brutally missing some time ago and I fixed the problem by tightly closing the air filter to some extent but the problem remained. Today I went to possibly the most expert electrician there is in islamabad and he just took off 4 wires from the back of the engine and the car was back to normal. He says this is a very common cause for baleno missing. The cables he detached were of cng. They connect at the back of the engine shown in the picture. At the moment they are the ones that are taped. I hope this might be able to help someone Tips for Baleno - 6dda7246713bf7f689433bc81adc0e8eTips for Baleno - d4e4d7a6e16a36885c35d07dc19cc7a9Tips for Baleno - c2ead49766a78f3129c2edab2d7ea92e

Dear Baleno Master & Car Experts,

I have a Baleno 2003 JXL (Spoiler Model) on petrol only in exceptional condition but for the past few months I am facing strange kind of problems which I had never experienced in the last 13 years with this car as I bought it brandnew. Today the car has done 181000 Kms genuine miles and still the engine is in perfect condition as I use Liqui Moly 10W-40 (Made in Germany) engine oil of 3200rs from Hamd Autos Muqqa Chowk Karachi. The car since bought has never been overheated in the last 13 years as I have used coolants of Mercedes Benz, ZIC, Liqui Moly, Whiz, Caltex, etc.

What I have done to date when coil problem came in my car 1.5 years back:

    1. I have installed both Genuine Coils for 19K rs, bought them from Suzuki Altaf Enterprises in Plaza, Karachi.
    2. Throttle Body got cleaned with Nasa Carburettor cleaner whole big can used to clean.
    3. Fuel Injectors are cleaned with Fuel Injector cleaner of Whiz USA brand.
    4. Liqui Moly Fuel Injection cleaner (Made in Germany) 4 bottles were used while driving to clean the system.

Now the present problem & the most strangest problem that couldn't be diagnosed by any Suzuki Authorized workshop and even my Highly Skilled Mechanic:

    1. When I start the car the car does buph buph, vibrates and rpm dances up & down and goes to 2000RPM for 2 to 3 times and stays there for 3 to 4 seconds than drops down. (Strange and Weirdest Problem)
    2. While driving Car's pickup finishes in 1st & 2nd gear, both with and without A/C (Main Biggest problem)

What Mechanics, technical experts advised and what I have done in the past few weeks:

Got the car checked professionally by technical experts, few say injectors should be cleaned, few say fuel pump should be changed, few say A/C compressor or condensor should be changed, few say sensors should be changed, Card should be doing the problem, some say there is a wiring fault, etc etc.

Only one technical expert seemed best to me, he told me that he will take the negative wire of the battery out so that all errors are finished and injectors will be cleaned through giving them current. This helped out but just for one day and the car was back to where it was. My Baleno is having severe pickup problems during driving and it takes alot of load on A/C. I use Brandnew Genuine parts and I know about parts alot, Baleno's parts are extremely costly and I mostly purchase from Plaza and sometimes from showrooms. everything is available but it costs alot. Like Injector costs 20K per piece, no one can afford that. One Expert said you need to get kabuli injectors if the problem was solved by cleaning them and it appeared again. He said this is 100% fault of injectors but no one is sure if I spend 3000rs or more on Kabuli ones will this get solved or not?

Xulfiqar Bhai I need your sincere advice in this regard? Have I been doing anything wrong or have I missed something?

Get your genuine injectors cleaned in ultrasonic bath tub.
Replace the fuel filter and then measure the fuel pressure.
    Clean the ISC

Thank You very much for your help. I already got my injectors cleaned through current. But what do you mean by Ultrasonic Bath tub? Can you explain in detail. I have already replaced the genuine filter with a new genuine one few months back and got it cleaned too but no use. What is ISC? Spark plugs are brandnew standard Japanese NGK BKR6E11.
