    i have a lot of experience of using and maintaining baleno all types of balenos.its really a marvelous car of suzuki.but little diffferent to maintain from other cars.if u have some problems discuss with me on this forum.B-)

    bostupthecar, i recently bought baleno jxr 2005 70,000 kms done, i am expereincing some problems with it, car is ok on CNG but it gives loads of burps on petrol and sometimes even stop speeding with backfires. I have got it checked with several mechanics and most of them told me to get it checked with suzuki dealer as they have got computerized system. I am planning to drive to lahore from karachi thats roughly around 1500 kms kindly advise any good mechanic in karachi or tip to get my problem solved. my cell number is 03332304859.     you should check ur ammulator and advancer there must be some problem in them agar cng per ok hay tu coils are ok.kisi cng mechanic ko check kerwa lain.in not from karachi so i dont know any mechanic over there aur suzuki walon k pass koi acha mechanic nahin hota in pindi dont know about karachi,there is a grip hanging down from advancer agar petrol per mssing ho rahi ho tu advancer ki grip nikal ker woh grip dal dain pata chal jaey ga k advancer kharab hay k nahin.im sure there is a problem in ammulator or advancer.

    so shud i get it checked with CNG mechanic instead of going to suzuki dealer ? and if, the problem appears the same as u have apprently suggested what would be the cost in getting it fixed.

    agar grip main koi problem hoi tu grip nai laina aur agar advancer ya ammulater main koi problem nikli tu advancer 5000 ka hay aur ammulater 3500 ka hay suzuki geniuno beshak na laina those are expensive and have same quality.laiken aap pehlay check kerwa lain k masla yehi hay ya phir koi aur hay jaisay k fuel pump ka.meray khayal yeh hay k advancer aur ammulator main koi fault hay.kisi aisay ang mechanic ko check kerwa lain jo kits fit kerta ho cars main.kiun k yeh advancer aur ammulator bari mushkal say miltay hain aur zaida ter log landi renzo jo honda wali hay us k dal laitay hain those are also good.suzuki waloon say na laina un k geniun parts ki bhi koi value nahin.geniun parts sirf honda and toyota k hotay hain.

    custom made is nt available.
    does some other car's big header fit on my car.

    just on the switch till red lights are ON. (do not start the car.) convert the button to petrol and then back to cng once. now start the car.


    now baleno will start and will imediately be convert to CNG.

    jazzy bro many boys use custom headers while customizing there cars.if u want to make ur header efficient get a chromed or stainless steel header its good in working.u can find it from any of the good silencer work shop.custom made for baleno dhondney say hi milay ga.laiken i havent seen anybody using custom header in baleno.kisi aur car k fit kernay say fault bhi aa sakta hay aur burned gases leak ho sakti hain.kya aap ka header kharab hay ya aap performance k lya long tube extractor dhond rahay ho.

    crazy dude bro baleno is a nice car and many rumers are there in the market about baleno but they are all fake just suni sun ai batein.her company ki car main koi na koi fault zaroor hoti hay.yar baleno 2005 jxr or sports is the best baleno ever made.there are some car in which there is a facotry fault of backfire which can also be fixed.but u have not to purchase such a car.u have to purchase the car after checking is back fire not all balenos have backfire problem.kabhi is k engine ko wash na kerna.gas aur petrol dona per check kerna and zoor zoor ki race dey ker check kerna .ac on ker k cng per chala ker check kerna k pick kaisi hay.kiun k backfire wali car tang kerti hay her mechanic fix bhi nahin ker sakta but fix ho jati hay.baleno 2005 saaf si car 600000 tak ley lo iss ney jo bhi nechay ho gi wo painted ya touched ho gi aur iss na opper woh ho gi jo scrach less ho maximum 650000.1.6gti 1999 model 4 lac tak mil jaey gi but koi faida nahin kiun k woh poorani car hay.jaisay kapray pooranay ho jatay hain usi tarah car bhi poorani ho jati hay.best of luck

    yes waqas bro fada bhai is rite u can change to cng quickly by just following this procedure first just switch to check lite dont start push button to petrol then to cng and then start and give the race.but if the switch or power t spring in not in a good position then this procedure will not work.but im sure this will work.main khud bhi yehi kerta hoon.aik dam bhi na ho tu jaldi zaroor ho jaey ga.

    alikanju bro ngk is best for honda and denso is best for suzuki.there are also performance plugs in the market but un say engine life kam hoti hay but waqti efficiency increase hoti hay.like bosh plugs four tip 2 tip,iridium,platinum but i think normal plugs are good for a car.family use k liay normal plugs are exellent but if u want to increase pick of car u can use four tip or iridium plugs they are expensive.

    bhai loog mai apni car ak bht achy CNG tunning center pr ly kr gia tha..they are also Lendirozo dealers...but they cannt give any satisfactory answer to this problem...they said that take the car to suzuki 3S dealer coz your car has FF CNG and landirozo FF CNG is different from the landirozo Kits available in markert...and according to them it is not possible to change the current switching setting of my baleno...is that right????
    but i shall try what u guys told me

    ali kanju normal plugs A GRADE are of 150 rupees and other plugs haave different prices from 2000 to 10000 for four pieces platinum and iridium and actually expensive .

    waqas yar this means u have ff cng kit like liana and cultus and altis 2005 model main ff cng kit hoti hay meri 2005 main bhi ff kit hay.dont disturb the morning timing this is my suggestion.because these all new generation cars convert to cng when the engine gain a certain temperature because its not good for the engine to run on cng on low temperature as engine shakes on cng in cold mornings.there is a knob in the ammulator which is some time adjusted to decrease the timming of conversion so my opinion is not to disturb the morning timming agar sirf morning main hi time lagati hay tu khair hay its healthy for ur car.

    There is a trimmer (adjustment screw) installed on the back side of the change over switch,through which u can reduce the fuel change over time by adopting following procedure,

    1. li value=0"Remove the change over switch from dashboard./li
      li value=0"Turn the trimmer (adjusment screw) in the back of switch fully clock wise.(without forcing)/li
      li value=0"Start the engine with switching in gas position,the yellow LED is blinking./li
      li value=0"Turn the trimmer counter clock wise to get the yellow LED fully on./li
      li value=0"Fix the change over switch back to dashboard.Now whenever u start the engine it will quickly convert on gas with slight push on accelerator pedal./li

    jazy bro there are different methods to customize the header of the exhaust .in canada there are muffler makers who customize the headers by joining and welding many pipesmeans hand made..there are also silencer makers who can make header for u consult some silencer maker he will tell u about the customizing ur header.
