    skill bhaii,

i have noticed it in my baleno that when i open radiator cap, there is always a pressure present in the radiator even in the cold car. i further clarified it by putting radiator fluid overflow pipe in a bottle full of water and started the engine. after giving 5-6 boosts (hi rpm), i noticed air bubbles coming out of the overflow pipe. is it normal or something wrong with the gas kit. if it is a problem, then wat shud be done....

In running engine condition at optimum temprature, pressure builds up due to steam, the radiator cap is to serve due to the valve present in it like suck the water into the radiator upon optimum temperature of the engine, that is also why (the cap's valve) whenever you stop the engine, water goes back to the resorvoire again.
Did you check your method on cold start or your car was at half way on the temp.

If you keenly observe in the second picture you posted, there is a screw just underneeth the double fan grill right in centre, you can see this screw when you lay down at driving seat looking upwards, thats the one and only screw with which this pannel is attached if you unscrew it,you will have to pull the central pannel outwards with a little force because there are some clips at borders which are hidden inside.

no i checked on cold car, it started slightly but was increasing with temp. I kept it at 5000 rpm for about 2 mins with jurks to full rpm in between. The guage was even lower than qtr (dont have temperature valve).

Try at hot engine, water should be sucked inwards rather making bubbles outwards.

Hi, I have Baleno 2005 JXL. My front bumper got slightly damaged after hitting a stray dog and the fog light is also broken due to which it is giving noise due to lose fog light assembly. Do you know any shop that can repair the bumper?

Also how much a new bumber with fog lights cost me?

    Regards,
Bumpers are around 6.5k new taiwan made and will be around 3.5 to 4k in junkyard,in both conditions you will have to go for paint job cost you around 2k.

origional head lights are probably unavailable but if some stealership posses,it would be around 12k a pair and if you want new taiwan made lights then these are @2.8k each light but i would suggest you to go to Chah Sultan Rawal road for used head lights (origional of Koito brand),i exchanged both light is 1.5k from same market.

You would also be able to find origional front grill in less than a thousand.

For rear shocks and door safe guards, Kiani Autos gawal mandi 0515530621.

For wipers i would suggest you to swallow a bitter tab from stealerships could may cost you around 2k but worth spending.

door rubbers are called channel rubbers which are of 4.5k per piece for one door only at suzuki 3s but you can find them local made from gawalmandi else buy them from Chah Sultan.

    Air filter box,again Chah Sultan.

For engine bay,use Kangroo's engine cleaner,i bought it from Metro i/11 in 280 or some thing like this.
