    i have a lot of experience of using and maintaining baleno all types of balenos.its really a marvelous car of suzuki.but little diffferent to maintain from other cars.if u have some problems discuss with me on this forum.B-)

    check your clutch adjustment and get the throttle body serviced (along with the butterfly valve changed if necessary)

    first of all it is not CDI system, it is distributor ignition system...secondly the system you have installed is good and reliable on CNG dont change it back to coils system...the coils system is good but only when you are driving on petrol

    I happen to own a Baleno 2005 JXR FF Cng. I waana know is there any way to start the car directly on CNG. Lemme tell you before hand that pressing the conversion switch once and then pressing and holding it twice does not start the car directly on CNG. Although it starts on petrol and then immediately converts to CNG. Is there any way to start it directly on CNG??????

    Not recomended but battery positive terminal and positve pulse line of cng kit can start the car on cng only.

    I have come across a baleno. Its 2005 ff cng with power windows etc. Body is genuine and in original paint but with some very minor scratches not even noticeable in dull light. The car has 90k on odo. Interior is like brand new alloy rims and new tires installed. The car is in golden color. Should I go for it or not and how much should be its price. I might get it at 700k is that a good price.

    I am having a problem of rpm.On AC rpm sometimes increases and sometimes it doesn't. Also sometimes rpm remains increased even if i switch off the AC.
    What to do.Throttle body,brakes were serviced about a month ago.This problem is their in my baleno since i purchased it.

    Get your tps service and adjust it with L key.

    I want to share a problem that was causing whoooom noise on engine start up,

    it was due to a noisy timing belt bearing, got it changed and noise is gone..

    also the generator and AC belts were worn out so changed them too.

    I changed the spark plugs also, as i asked previously we should ask abt ther spark plug number about what we we want for our our baleno, i changed to previous plugs that is Denso and the spark plugs number is K16RU-11.

    these are the normal plugs from Denso, sometime ago i also used NGK but was not happy with the result for use as a family car on cng. if you guys also want to avoid overheating and good use on cng then dont try platinum or irridium plugs. just use ngk or denso normal copper plugs. however i ve good experience with denso rather than ngk.

    because baleno gives problem on cng so we ve to maintain it more ( tuning, throttle body service, spark plugs and above all coils)
    so I bough this Carburetor cleaner 7CF (green and black spray) bottle, throttle body cleaner was not availible, otherwise result would ve been even more better. but it works good in cleaning up the throttle body at home and is quite easy to use.

    my radiator was leaking coolant from the joint between hose pipe and thermostat valve, @ skill rightly pointed out that i should seal that area.

    when the mechanic opened the hose pipe, he also advise to change the radiator or get it fixed so the following were changed.

    Radiator ( suzuki genuine) Rs 6500

    Radiator hose pipe (Rs 300) suzuki genuine.

    only thermostate valve seal was bad but since it looked rusted i also opted for its change too Rs 1500, suzuki genuine.

    Radiator cap (Rs 500)


    so the problem is now gone and works well with extreme teperature with water only, i didnt put coolant as i ve good experience with caltex coolant but i think its short so i will put caltex coolant only.

    untill you find coolant of caltax,try GS coolant,made in korea,pre mix,140 rs per .5 litre.Dont run your car even for a day without coolant to avoide rust formation inside.

    the procedure you have mentioned above is not right that is why the car is not starting on CNG directly...try this one.
    switch on your car
    press the CNG conversion switch once, it will convert your car to petrol (yellow light)
    press the conversion switch again, it will convert it back to previous position (yellow and green lights on)
    immediately give a self start...your car will start on CNG (you can alternatively give a half self and you will see that petrol yellow light is turn off and then you can start car on CNG)

    oh yes, thats a must. rust will set in inside engine water ways and by no means u will be able to remove it.

    This time i used FUCHS coolant.... any opine on that. and after how long shud that be changed / replaced

    my brake pads wear out rather quickly due ro travelling to hilly areas.

    brake pads changed to TRW brake pads and they are working fine.
    got them from Kohinoor autos Saddar for 600.
