    Default Baleno Power Belts Problem

    Hi
The AC ( power ) belt problem.I have 2003 JXR , 1.3 L , till 2007 its belts had no noises , in 2007 i replaced the power belt and put a local belt , it worked good till 2008 winters but then it started making noises and still i cant fix it.I have used so many belts of size 4PK1020 & 4PK1010 all from original suzuki and kabli and i have even changed the the adjusting pully bearing too , but it makes lots of noises when in 1st gear and under 2000 RPMs.

Can u plz figure out a good solution for this belt noise problem.

Right approach by hash4u,however some times incorrect pulleys alignment & worn pulley's groove could be the causes for this problem. For time being u can stop this sound by applying two or three drops of oil on main pulley or inner surface of the belt.
Never loose hope in life, every step gives u something.
