There is a guy at PW who had installed ABS in baleno or I guess it was for sale in buyer/seller section. And I think he has done it from shoba peshawar.

jdm baleno is ABS compatible and even in pkdm you can find a spot for ABS in meter cluster.
Other wise get changed both front hubs complete, which will include pads, calapers, rotors, bearings, hub will cost you 2.5k each side in replacement,go to saeed autos gawalmandi.

there is a difference..between improving lock ups or braking power

ABS will only help stear and prvent locl up

    but baleno braking distance issue

best modification is to ...buy after market brake line...which my cost alot.....but that is what u need for good braking

upgrading to ABS or bigger rotors is useless.....

second option is to get rear hub of gti baleno....complete 4 wheel disc setup..wont cost you more then 10k

but then for perfect stop..u need adjustable valve to maintain proper fluid distribution among brakes

    Default Baleno Braking

Can anyone tell me a good mechanic in ISB?
As i am having the same problem for braking, i got the brake pads changed but they were not genuine may thats why it gives an squealing noise and braking is too bad too. I have bellow issues

    Late Braking
Tyres skid due to wheel lock when applied
Someone told me that your rear brakes not working that is why it skids

Just tell me how can i improve it. What needs to be replaced.
