if you replace the pads and have "tooling" done to the discs/drums you MUST take time to bed the new brakes in or you can/will warp the discs as they are no longer efficiant in dissipating heat as per the manufacturers specifications.

seems to me that you have warped the discs and this is the vibration you are feeling in the car under braking.

only solution i can see is to get the discs changed for new ones. don't risk driving on the "tooled" ones as they are now just scrap and this practice MUST not be done if you value your lives (do not be tempted by kabli ones either).

i must say .. i always like to read the comments in detail on technical threads from storm & xulfiqar ..

agreed @storm .. things like breaks, suspension & tyres should be taken on high priority ... as failure of these can risk ur life .. !!

There is very little space available for polishing (tooling as you may call it) the disc. If you inspect it visually you'll see that the distance between the disc housing (made of iron) and surface of disc is less than 1 cm.

A good machinist will warn you when your disc cannot be polished any more (generally 2-3 polishes can be done)

The reasons for the problem you are having are anyone or all of fol :

-- Misalignment between your brake pads and disc; could be due to machining work, it happens when the lathe machine has a play or machinist has not done a superfine polishing. You can check it by simply feeling it with your hand
    -- Wheel bearing requires replacement
-- At times there is not much space for polishing and removing all wavy dips, in such case a few deep ones are left out, so when you put new disc pads it takes some time for the pads to take the shape of pattern on disc (till than it will give a slight vibration)

You need not replace disc or pads just get your brakes re-cheked and you'll find the problem

change the rooters, it is not disk problem nor tires. after tooling roters become thin and they got banded / un balanced again soon. also check your break oil and break fuel pump is working fine ??
