Default AC puts a lot of load on my Baleno JXR

I use AC in my car all of the time, even in winter except when it is too much cold out there but whenever I switch it on it puts hell load of load on engine like in situation when u can pick ur car on second gear without ac, u have to pick it up on 1st gear with ac on around 2-2.5 rpm. My mechanic said its the compressor but my ac Wala couldn't find the fault that time. Plz help me out. Thx!!

Technically ac doesnt put load if compressor is of right size or is factory fitted. U should check for any oil leakage on ac lines for compressor oil and gas leak. If car is on cng then tuning might be an issue
Performance is the never ending game with never ending charm!!!

check the system pressure and verify that your unit can actually absorb and shed heat, in some cases the condenser fins get plugged with mud and grease or even get coated with oil from your favorite sarviss station which makes a bigger problem as the condenser cannot shed heat and hence overloads the compressor.

There is a high pressure blowoff in the system but that is the first item Pakistani A/C mechanics disable - because the cashtoomer wants cooling under all circumstances in his dinky car with compromised cooling system.
