Go for the gear oil as per manual. This sound might be cuz in morning the oil is more thick whereas after getting warmed up the sound disappears.

Change the gear oil, previous deposits still in your gear box.
People dont change Gear oil in lifetime , once i changed the gear oil of a 4 year old Mehran , all i got in the tray was thick mud i changed its gear oil and then again changed it after a little time, it was again dirty, not much but still it was.

Gear oil is actually always thick, give it a change again, it should be a Gear oil for Manual transmission cars , not diesel trucks, thats it Caltex is not bad, it comes with 2 different viscosities, buy the lighter one, i changed my Spectras oil with that Caltex lighter one almost 2 years back, and its going fine until now, hasnt even changed the colour.

make sure its not the clutch bearing

try and get the clutch adjusted.

for oil change go for MOBIL, difficult to find but best available.

also advise the sound comes in any specific gear or while idling.

coz if it makes sound while in gear than there is no alternative accept to change the complete gears.

bhaiyon today i closely examined the noise...
its definitely cuming from the gear box which is on the right bottom of the engine... its not a continuous noise.. kabhi 1 sec ki, kabhi 5 sec continuously ... magar beech mein sound mein gaps zaroor hote hain... hai to ye shaid gharrari ki hi awaz...... i didnt ****** the gears.. i started the car in neutral gear... no sound at that time... but after say 20 seconds when i pressed the accelerator.. the sound started cumin..meine gear lever ko haath bhi nahin lagaya...
what could be the prob??????? confused totally...
