Thread: Low pickup problem in BALENO.

    Default Low pickup problem in BALENO.

    Yesterday my car suddenly stops while driving after i get it checked there was a problem with the timing sensor (mechanic told me about that ). It was not working carbon was on it. He cleaned it and the car was on. The low pickup problem (I was facing that problem 2 days back before the car gave me starting problem) solved at moment but i m now again facing the same low pickup problem. On 2nd gear it does not crosses 40km/h and in 3rd and 4th gear it bearly reaches 70km/h. The engine seems to be getting some load or pressure.


    Wat to do and wat are the possible solutions? The mechanic says me some type of fault in fueling pump also suggest me a whole tune up. Also let me know while during tune up shall i have to adjust the tappet settings and timing belt?

    yei to mis conception hai people think waha chori ka saman milta hai, essa nai hai bhai,

    it mayb not Japanese but wat the guy told me Japan, Spain Switzerland, wagera se saman atta hai. and is kaam mei chori isliye nai hai coz Japan se scrap cars come as seperate cutted peices

    that place is Jungle mei Mangal, each nd every part there is of Quality,

    But u shud never buy depreciable parts from theire I.e Rubber parts (bushes wagera) as wo Japan mei challe ya Karachi mei chalne se kharab hotta hai.

    atleast Karachi ki snatched cars dunt go to Shair Shah, they go to Balochistan side, or probably Queta

    nd Genuine avalible nai hai means ap Suzuki call kro nd and ask for ur requirmnt abut Baleno aval to rates esse batainge k hummare pe ehsan kerae hain werna theyl say the model is discontinued ap Tail lenne Jao.

    Gr8 well i m hoping for the best will c tomorrow wat the mechanic will regarding the said problem. Thank u for the help also tell weather i should go for tappets adjustments or not.

    Tapets need adjustments wen required, fir bhe if u want to get em checked theirs no harm until ur mechanic fixes them properly.

    nd do tell wat was the problem, i wud be following the thread

    When the timing belt should be changed or wat r the symtoms?


    As if it breaks then it will cause a lot more trouble in the engine. If it breaks the engine will not start but after 2 or 3 unsucessful selfs it will ruin the whole engine thatz for sure.

    Engine nai Valves or Voll wo terre hojatte hain, if ur car has done 100,000kms den change it for sure, but it doesnt realy maters to low pick up nd low speed.

    Timing belt nd bearing all together 3-4 thousand ka kharcha hai, My dads car is also due, time nai mil raha

    i was about to buy a baleno . thanks to your info ive changed my mind.i can see as per this thread , baleno is expensive to maintain , parts are not easily available.
    if the case of baleno is so bad what is the case with liana?

    go to a good mechanic ... simple ... useless time zaya maat karo posting here ......

    there are no free lunches in this world ...... jitnay loog utnay ideas and advices ...... best is to take this to suzuki and tell them to diagnose it for you ... and then you can go ahead and buy whatever is needed to be changed ... and do it via any local mechanic if you want to save money ...

    are you on cng? if so it might be your modulator
