    This infact apparently appers to be the problem of two things, first definitely the engine power viz a viz body of the car and secondly availabilty of good grade oils in pakistan. I suggest to please visit a workshop named something like CONCEPT MOTOR OILS in Plot No 159, St-9, I-10/3. Tel Nos are

    They infact have imported all ranges of motor oils (especially LIQUI MOLI, a germen oil), They dont sell it in the market but change it in their workshop. Let me tell you it is economical as well.

    Go and consult them and try it once I am sure you will get the result. However can contact me on 03005294929 Waseem

    It sounds more like a vacuum problem. There were vitz/platz in khi which used to fault during braking on ac/cng. But later the problem was cured by means of a bypass valve. Maybe its similar to that, consult a good mechanic.

    there are many cars working fine with a/c on cng including mine,refer to vitz owner's club

    @poster

    as you said the car has been tuned by enercon so its sensors must be working fine,the problem is in your cng settings or the advancer might be faulty.

    @taaher402

    if you cannot find any solution then do this: take the car to a toyota s3 and tell them to bypass/disconnect the exhaust sensor. and then report the results.

    i think the whole problem occurs because there is no emulator for the exhaust sensor and because of it when there is different kind of emissions from the engine when running on CNG then the ECU refuses to let any more fuel into the engine.

    good to know that u got it fixed... in my case, what i have observed, if i restrict my air intake by putting some tape on pipe or inserting a rubber to make it narrower, it gives good power at low RPMs on CNG means good starts with AC and all the loads. but in that case, high RPM is restricted as the intake is choked.

    but if i make the intake pipe a little wider, performance on low RPMs is affected but gives good power at high RPMs hence it gives problems on CNG with AC on dead starts.

    Restricting air intake affects performance on petrol negatively.
