Angry Toyota Belta serious pickup problem... Need expert opinion plz

My belta has been standing in the garage for like 5 days or so now.. Today i took it out for a ride and was shocked...

    "Gari thak gaye hai" :O

No matter how hard i press the accelerator, the car moves slower than i walk Pickup bilkul kharab ho gaye hai..

Previously the pick was good, but now the limit has been crossed... it moves slower than i walk... plus brake has also started to screech (it didnt screech before)... R five days really too many to leave a ride untouched? Plz help wat do i need to do to get the pick back..

My Ride: Belta 2007 model (1000cc)

    Thnx in advance..

    ODO Meter ---> 30.5k
    No CNG
Like 4000km since oil change... (Yes I know I have to change it but did not find the time.. Is the problem because of bad oil?)

I use the original Toyota Oil... And I am quite certain it isnt due to bad quality fuel..

Engine was also tuned recently, plus I got it tuned a little towards the performance side, so fuel economy decreased, still no result..

In tuning the spark plugs are cleaned isn't it?? due long period of engine oil whether it is changed periodically or not it need to be flushed to remove all the carbon deposits and it make significant difference ... make sure u flash your engine oil and pour the another and also check your spark plugs if its not cleaned

OEM OFFCOURSE, this belta and new vitz do not like changes. engines are very sophisticated and ahead of there time ill say so no experiments just consult the owners manual and see when to change the plugs are they due or not?

you recently got the engine tuned? how exactly do we tune a fuel injected engine short of changing the fuel and timing maps in the ecu? you need to be more specific on whats been done previously to the car.

And i think yours is an issue of old battery or bad fuel supply. Old lead acid batteries, in cars driven in this hot climate....they dont last long unless maintained well. Get battery checked. If water in any of the cells has dried up or is less then thats permanent damage there my friend.

    So,

    1. Get battery checked.
    2. clean battery terminals from deposits and residues.
    3. get fuel system checked, fuel filter replaced, and the sock-filter on in-tank fuel pump replaced/ cleaned.

Yar i am not an expert in this kinda stuff.. All i know is i took the car to Toyota 3S dealership for the oil change and checkup etc.. and they included some engine tuning in the checkup..

    Is that specific enough?

them toyota guys duped some money out of you. If your engine can gather speed with transmission in neutral - then its not the engine.

The problem you are facing is within the transmission. Get them to recalibrate it. Its a test sequence which can be done from either with DLC pin box or the toyota intellitester.
