Exclamation Toyota Platz - Sudden hicup

Hey guys! My platz is facing this small issue for the past few days. Upon cold starting the car, when you try to drive, SOMETIMES it gives an EXTREME hicup. Like as if someone applied the brakes for a second, and then it's back to normal in a jiffy. Now, I know it's not safe to even move the car when its cold, but hey sometimes you just need to rush to your college/work, right ? Anyway, I first thought maybe my intake filter was bad so I changed it. Changed oil recently and got the car serviced. Car has been with us for almost 6 years now and it never gave us this prob what its doing now. Is it the ECU or is it mechanical ?
Oh and it's also consuming more petrol than it usually does. Around 11km/l, usually it would do around 14. I think I need to get it tuned now, been a really long time lol.
Injectors cleaning, throttle body servicing, anything else I should worry about ?

its fueling problem most probably Fuel pump is going to die very soon.If you havent changed fuel filter for last 40 45k kms change tht first b4 swapin fuel u might have sum luck wth tht.Yet take care of periodic maintenance like filters, lubes plugs etc.if it has covered 1lac+ kms get its timing chain n valve clearance checked as well

You don't need to change anything. Your car just need a proper tune up.
