Default Help required "elm 327 config with toyota platz 2004"

have recently bought elm 327, tested it with yaris, its working fine but cant make work it on toyota corolla x 2003 and toyota platz 2004, have tried it on both using TORQUE PRO and hob drive but not successful, have "tried toyota jdm can21" as suggested on forums of hob drive and also have tried several initialization strings too but no luck. looking forward to step by step guidance to make ELM 327 work on platz and corolla x

thanx Help required &quotelm 327 config with toyota platz 2004" -1503006

Check out this thread (post#55). This same thread suggested the use of the first line of code that you tried (ATIB 96 \n ATIIA 13 \n ATSH8213F0 \n ATSP4 \n 0100); it didn't work for you. Post #55 basically suggests the use of a Tachyon bluetooth reader. Perhaps you might want to google Tachyon, and source one?

Here is a guy trying his Tachyon in a JDM Allion. This is a youtube link; copy and paste the link address in a proxy. Apparently, the software he is using is Tachyon specific. In theory, Torque Pro and ELM327 should work for you, though.

This is all that my 15 minute google search yielded . I was actually searching for obduino JOBD; I happened to come across these links.
