yaar the honda atlas have cut the price of their accord. Plz do call honda atlas before you buy the cl7/cl9.
and regarding the belta, i hope you sell it at that price yaar. This is the main problem with impoerted cars that they depreciate too much and ae often hard to sell. How do you plan to sell it ??? have you given ads in newspapers or been to some car dealers to find the price at which it could be sold.

Resale is the only reason i changed my mind regarding buying a belta. Now i am going for honda city which ofcourse is not better than belta. But i will only loose 30-40 thousand after using it for a year or two, so that seems fine to me. Thats a bearable loss in my view.

I hope you sell it at a good price and quickly. My advice would be to stick with local market cars. As they dont loose much money . Let me clarify one thing about cl7/cl9, it will loose atleast 2-3 lacks after its driven for 1-2 years. So please do think about it first, are you reasy to take a loss of 2-3 lacks???

lovable bhai my honest advice to you would be -
if you really wanna import some car from japan. Then only import these cars- only these ones wont loose huge amount after they are driven and these cars will be sold off in no time.

    1. Toyota prado
    2. Any car by mercedes
    3. Any car by Bmw.

I would still say avoid CL7/Cl9 if you cant bear a loss of 2-3 lacks. Rest is up to you.

brother that "own" thing has ended.now never think that u will sell ur city after two years in only 30-40 thousand loss. just ask any dealer about 2006 honda city and they will tell u the price. but belta will not loose that much money.

i am selling Belta in 10.5 lakh it will Inshallah sell quickly i have found very good response from market.

yaaar i hope you do sell it quicky. But i came very very close to buying belta, and then changed my mind after i researched a bit in the market. I went to atleast 10 car dealers in lahore and told them that i have a belta 2005 model driven 10000kms only and registered etc.
I toook quote from all of them and each and everyone of them told me we cant quote you any price for this. Leave your car at our showroom for sometime and if someone comes to buy it , we will try to sell it and if tis sold you get your money and we get 1% our commission.
And then i asked about different local cars like honda city , civic, and almost all of the dealers quoted me a price there and then at which they will buy it off me on spot.

I still think importing cars from japan is a huge risk if you cant bear a huge loss after using them for a couple fo years.
Lovable i would say do some research first and see how much a CL7/CL9 driven for a 2 years would cost.
I hope you sell your quickly and at a good price.
Yaar plz make sure you let us know on pakwheels when your car is sold. may be this will prove those car dealers wrong for once.

It might look offensive to talk against the Toyota Belta on this forum, since it is BELTA OWNERS FAN CLUB, but my friends I just wanted to share my experience with u guys.....6 months ago, i was in Riyadh, KSA....I had the same car Toyota Belta but with the name Toyota Yaris Sedan....The car was given to me from my company for site visits....this car is a very low quality car....dash board is sub standared....dont confuse urselves on the name of japan assembled or things like that....belive me Toyota corolla assembled in Pakistan and Honda civic , even Honda city have very good dash board as compared to Toyota yaris or toyota belta....I travelled a journey for Umrah on this car n believe me , at 140km/h, the car was not stable and there were instances when my car waved n moved side ways due to air blows.....the car doesnt have a good suspension.....the dashboard material is just crap like it was a suzuki mehran.....Believe me Honda City has very good quality interior as compared to THis Yaris or belta thing.....

Plz guys dont take it offensive.....ur opinion might be different but i just wanted to share my experience n feelings wid yaaa.....take care , drive well n drive safe...........

    @Maverickkk Brother
I just wish that Honda City breaks Rs 30-40K after 2 years of usege. I bought a City 2006 UG version in march 06 for Rs 8,89,000/- which added upto Rs 9,15,000/- for tires, CD player, security, regs etc . And the max I could get was Rs 7,75,000/- when I sold it scratchless, 24000 km, Isb reg in Oct 2007. Check fol link :-

    https://www.pakwheels.com/forumreply...mID!12~pw.html

Yes one more thing... the wonderful part is that u posted in that link suggesting me that the car would go for max Rs 745000-755000. So u exactly knew the market but I see a lot of contrast here. How do u explain that ?

drove lovable's on Wednesday. amazing car Mashallah. took me 11 years back when my Corolla was brand new. Punk was literally shocked to know i had the engine running whereas he felt it was off. Japanese cars rock man. we were equally surprised to see the soundless engine swirve to well over 100km/h within seconds without a single feel. the braking, suspension and the damn deckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!! no words man.

i am great lovable bro. Everything is going fine at my end. Hope its the same with you.
Yes i agree with you yaar, passo indeed doesnt have any value in pakistan, even though its a lovely and solid hatchback. So good thinking on your part.

Well yaar i am looking for another small hatchback, which is not too expensive. If the price is reasonable for 2005/2006 model. I might go for it. But if its too high then i have to stick with local assempled one. I have no other option.

Let me know how much can you get me one for??
2005/2006. Now even 2006 can be imported with full duty reduction.

And no dude, i just think you always some valuable information about japanese import cars. Thats all.

    Awaiting your reply.
