Guys/gals what do you use for diagnostic testing? I am interested in getting one but can't find any concrete information on what/where to buy? Everything seems geared to USA/European market. Have any of you hooked up a diags tester to the OBD port and got to test your vehicle?

Default My Belta ***Headlight, Tyers, Rims Suggestion***

    Salamz Brothers

A looky look to my Belta '07 model.

The left headlight doesnt move with adjuster while the right one is good (changes angle up/down). You can see in the picture left one is dull meaning its a duplicate. From where can I get original (crystal finish touch like the right one) cover and also can get the motor tested why it aint turning.

Want to buy some good rims and tyres, I heard Dunlop is good as they are soft, Do I need a soft tyre?? Also which kinda rims I should go for? Type? I think the tyres are gone .... ? (67,000kms on the odo).

    Thanks and Regards

Popped the hood and watched closely, guess what, the motor for left head light is missing, means it was repaired and the motor never installed. Anyways, am attaching a picture of motor which is working fine. From where can I get this motor??

    Thanks

VERY nice car, mashAllah. The multi-function steering wheel is a VERY VERY rare option even in Japan.

The grill on your Belta is not original, and this grill is not available anywhere in Japan. This grill comes in the Vios, in Thailand/Malaysia they call the Belta a Vios. Did you get your car checked before buying it? The car just might have been damaged from the front, hence the grill change and damaged/not working headlight beam adjuster motor.

i thought that was an echo function enabled ....

I changed my belta '07 tranny oil at 66,000 on clock as soon as I bought it. This is a CVT transmission if I am not wrong and hence you wont feel the jerk while its changing gear, the delay in CVT transmissions are to avoid these jerks (while I liked the older version). Being auto tranny, it needs some pressure prior to changing gear so maybe thats the engine-sound-feels-bit-louder issue you mentioned.

11km is poor outcome what you are getting, beltas are good to give atleast 16-18 in city and can reach 22km/l on highway depending on your foot weight

Still am not a genius and using belta for past 5 months only. Wait for more suggestions/reccomendations

    Peace

hmmmm , tranny oil was done at toyota gt motors, if am not mistaking then I guess they put 4 liters in it.

still dunno why you are getting poor consumption, did someone try to tune it somehow?

Don't goto Toyota, they will you rip you off, they will charge 1125 for cleaning your plugs and air filter.

Try to change your petrol pump and your driving style, mine is still giving 16+/L after one year in pakistan.
