    Default changing the Fuel filter

Got the Complete fuel Filter including Jaali changed for my 2006 Belta 1.0 L.. sadly cost me 7500 + 1500 for Jaali 1000 for Labor.. a total of 10 k.. but the good news is that engine's running a lot smooth & without any 'Knocking' which previously was the case. the only issue being faced for 2 days is that in the morning , the first ignition do works .. but takes a bit longer.. i do pump gas pedal a couple of time before starting in the morning .. it does starts in the first try but takes a bit longer than previous.. i talked with my mechanic & he says it should be resolved in 3-4 days max as the new filter takes a bit longer to totally get WET..lets hope he is right :-)

also the fuel filter is installed at the top of Fuel tank.. & in most cases u have to dislodge the whole fuel tank before un-mantling it

Dear friends, please suggest me a belta for my Dad who's in his late 60's
    Should I go for 1.0 or 1.3
A normal 'X' package will be okey, I do need auto-windows n mirrors though
Need good working A/C and top of all I really don't want him to visit mechanics other than normal oil & filter changing..
Important of all my range is 11L rigid & that includes transfer charges as well.
Please suggest me the year and model which suits me accordingly with the price.
    Cheers

    Default My Belta

Yesterday I dedicated my whole day to my Belta. I visited Toyota Service center and got its ATF (CVT) oil changed, got Mobile Oil changed, Brake Service, Tuning and Throttle Service. It nearly took my whole day and in the evening I got it serviced from a pump station.

Here are some pics of my Belta:

After this I took it to Ring Road and easily reached speed of 150 and even at that speed its drive was really smooth:

Jazak Allah dear. Before all these activities, my Belta was giving me 12Km/L and one more thing that I have done is that I have filled my car tank with 10 liters of Hi Octane and rest of the tank with Super. After all these changes I am expecting it to give me more Km per liter and better performance.

For BMW horn, if you are unable to find it in ur market then let me know, I'll bring it for u cuz I may visit Rawalpindi by the end of this month or mid of next month. I installed Pakistani BMW horn which cost me Rs.1,500/- and original BMW used horn is around Rs.3,500/-

In an ideal world and place it wud make change, they are mostly used in USA/CANADA .... but here in PK people seldom use it. I never used a single tin of such product in my current and x rides.

This is by Rockmars, and is specially built for Belta. In-dash and you don't even have to buy the DVD console/Panel. This fits right in.Toyota Belta Owners & Fans Club! -411180
