CVT (continously variable transmission) as in city???
which models of belta have CVT? i mean do the latest models only have CVT or will the 2005/06 model have it too?

how good is CVT transmission? what are its pros and cons?

i see,..that means i should get the 1.3L with tipronic transmission
how does the CNG go woth tiptronic? its not that im planing to convert it to CNG the moment i get...i will run it petrol,..but it never hurts to have another fueling option...

Dear TypeR, will 2005/06 1.3L high end belta be available with tiptronic? any advantages of tipronic over CVT other than semi-manual control?

i have been looking over the net for answers but it seems like there isnt much info out there about Japanese imports

TypeR, do you have any belta or premio? looking for a first hand experience review...

I have 1000cc belta sports version with rpm meter etc ! and mine is CVT ! its very economical !

1.3 Tiptronic is hard to find but if u can get it then its the best choice ! 1000cc belta sometimes feel underpowered so u shud go for 1300cc ! CNG would be fine on tiptronic transmission !

1000cc version of the belta has 3 cylinders (hence noisy), whereas 1300cc version has 4 cylinders so it should be much better

Can you tell me where to find a triptronic Belta from?

As for engine noise, it's very much there in the 1.3l version as well at speeds above 80km/h.

i myself am surprised to hear of triptonic transmission in Belta because at least the company doesn't claim to be producing any. As for the noise, it's bearable. looking at the features of this compact and the pleasure driving it alone, it's worth it!
