m not sure about the specifications but m sure it comes in the 1000cc efi and as good as any other Japanese car. the difference is that while a pakistani cars starts making noise in a while, the jap oes retain their smoothness for years and years, at least ten. it is superb on petrol with auto transmission and the loaded one has an awesome digital metre. senseless paksiatni's leave it just because for a price of 10 lacs and a model of 2001 or 2002, it is too old wihtout realising that these cars are driving pretty less and even if they go to 50000 kms, that is nothing for a japanese car and besides, one cant compare car useage in japan to that here in pakistan. hence, if you're getting one, go for it. it surely an excellent buy. the only thing is that there is a little differnce between a loaded on and a simple one so i'd rather you pay a little more and enjoy the luxuries. gud luk!

    hello!
Nice car platz...comes in 1.0L and 1.3L here in pakistan...
    1.0L 1SZ-FE in-line 4 Cyl VVT-i Powered engine...69hp@6000rpms....
    1.3L 2NZ-FE(xli &Gli one)but got VVT-i inline 4 Cyl 88hp@6000rpms...
car was nice but better it runs with 1.3L engine due to bigger body than Vitz.....but 69hp can be enough for it..but not better than 88hp 1.3L engine...suspension as smooth as corolla JDM same suspension used....
known as Toyota Echo also.....its a good buy but spares should be problem bcz of its not much cars here in pakistan than Vitz...
    Thanxxx

    SER_GTR u can't be more right.
Gr8 car; the drive is far better when compared to the local assembled corolla. My experience says 2 years Jap driven car will give lesser mechanical trouble than a brand new locally assembled one with poor quality control. U must have read an earlier post giving details of serious faults in new locally produced cars. I have seen brand new locally assembled civics, corollas, suzukis pulled aside with their drivers peeking into engine bay to know what went wrong
Spares r a problem but won't be in near future as lots of these r hitting our roads n spare part businessmen will start parts imports as the need arise.
