Post the different close up pictures of the kind of scratches removal you're after. It depends on the depth of scratch to ensure if it can be removed safely without removing a lot of your clear coat (which is already very thin). Technically, if you pass your nail across the scratch and if your nail sort of feels the bump and goes into the scratch, then its deep enough to be removed safely.
But if you are going to continue parking here in future as well, then putting in all the hard work would be pointless if its all going to come back soon because after this correction your car will bling attracting the same jelous hazraat.
If its fine hair line swirls and scratches, you can use a car glaze that has the ability to fill in those swirls/scratches making them virtually noticeable and then seal it with a sealant. This again wont work for too deep/wide scratches. A good glaze with sealant/wax combo would give you 1-2 months easily. Ofcourse, this would require you to develop car care interest to be doing it with this frequency.

By the way, which parking lot is it so that I am careful not to park there if ever I have to ?
