So you thought late deliveries and premiums was a Pakistani problem? Read this story about Paykan produced by Iran Khodro auto company and think again!
"Paykan is still the single most popular automobile in Iran and the waiting list which was once 5 years is now only a "mere" 14 months."

Here are pictures of the Paykan, which is originally based on Hillman Hunter (1966-1979). The production has stopped only this year.
Guess thats because people got to see the car AFTER they paid for it. lOl. But seriously, its been like this in the communist states since aages, people USED to wait for ages for delivery of their vehicles.
what is the point in it, we should also become communists, or we should accept that we dont deserve fair treatment in Pakistan and it is justified, just because its happening in other countries.
Whats wrong is wrong no matter how widespread it is.
sad to see tht we at best can only manage to beat iran in terms of automobile industry
rite??
There may be other examples as well.By the way, Iran is way ahead of us in terms of automobile industry. Because during all those years, their government never stopped protecting the local industry and they are getting the fruit now.All we need is a bit of patience.
