As for the this thread, every company has its brand positioning and loyality to its customer, for example if u think of Ferrari, suddenly u think of speed........ similarly when TOYOTA launched the Lexus it adopted this strategy, as if it failed to captured the required market it may not effect its other market of cars n Jeeps.....as these cars have separate BRands, Names, one man not simply know which company it belongs......so at the End it is concluded, Companies Won't like to lose their present customer....n also potential customers.....
