Yaar i dont know very much about modifications. But i will give u some suggestions to install the following parts:
- Performance Clutch Kit
- Nickel Plugs and 10mm wires.
- Turbonator or any other are intake.
- Power booster (muffler)
These are the basic modification u can made to ur car. [/highlight]
- clutch is useless unless he has a significant increase in power
- Plugs are useless unless he boosts his ignition source
- Turbonators (and other elecrically driven forms of attempted forced induction) don't work
- BY fitting a free flow back box (or power booster as you call it) all he'll do is make his engine produce less torque and raise the area where he'll have peak power output but decreasing back pressure.

you are better off by simply fitting a Supercharger (very expensive) or a reconditioned turbocharger (go for an IHI unit as they are readily available and not too expensive)
I'd also suggest an intercooler (as large as your cars radiator ideally).
As for power output, make sure you get enough fuel to your egine otherwise you'll not be producing enough power (same applies if you put in too much fuel).
If you fit a turbo (and intercooler) you should be seeing at least 140hp at the crank which shoudl be more than enough for your lighter chassis to smoke an altis.
total cost 20000 including fitting and fabrication.
If you want to go MUCH further you can go for an engine conversion (B16, B18, H22 etc) but that is much more expensive (at least 45000 for just the engine).
