Hi,
I'm a proud owner of Mercedes Benz S-Class W221, but you dealer Shahnawaz (Pvt.) Limited, is making me think that I have done a big mistake by buying a Mercedes. I live in Lahore, Pakistan. I got the delivery of the car around August-07, after that I had been sending the car only to your authorized dealer for maintenance.
I had a problem of noise coming from the right corner of Driver seat whenever I turn the steering (keep in mind that the seats are Drive Dynamic Multi Contour). I have visited the dealership so many times but they were unable to satisfy me, they always come up with different excuses, some time they say that this is common problem in all new S-class and Mercedes people know about it, sometime they say that it is not a problem and it is normal that this car make such noises.
Now I am getting worried because my car warranty is going to finish in August-09 and then I will have to pay loads of money for something which is a manufacturing fault. Your dealer here is not helpful in any case, once I asked them to install rear seat entertainment package in my car and they replied to me that "we cannot install it in your car as we don't have expertise".
Lastly they don't even let the owner of the car see what they are doing with the car while they are working on the car, they ask owners to stay away as they don't want the people to see what is happening with their hard earned cars, which makes serious doubts in customers minds. Even when they are washing cars they don't allow owners to stand nearby.
I think you should take serious action against them, and ask them to corporate with your customers; otherwise you might lose some of your LOYAL customers, although you make such wonderful cars. I hope that you will prove as a great help for me as you are my last hope, waiting for a positive response from your side.
