    Dear Friends,
Please help me to improve my choice of charade 88 engine swap. I recently bought it and it is japan assembled 2000 quota, Previous owner was not using it at all from last six months. Yesterday when i started it engine was giving smoke and also crank shaft was gone a lot of noise by it. Now i want to replace engine with 1000cc or 1300cc so please give me some advise to choose it for good result and performance.

    Hoping for a quick response.

    Dear friends,
Here are some snaps to give you an idea of the car's condition. Now on Sunday i spend whole day getting the interior out of the car and see the condition of floor and whole chassis including engine bay.

    Brother,
Just leave 4e, 5e, or charade original engine.

Only go for VITZ 1000CC engine. as it best fits in charade.
also good in comsuption and power. and also very cheap in price as compared to 4e

    Post After Getting Shower ;-)

    Dear Friends,
thanks for your suggestions and i really need them to do something good with my ride.

@ihsannissan thank you i ll really consider your advice about vitz1000cc but plz tell me power and weight ratio can b a problem or not ?

@rashid81 well as far i know it is been standing for 6 months.

@umarkhan1 please give me more information about 1sz-fe. how much alteration in chaises would be required.

Here are some new snaps after getting the car cleaned please give it a look and suggest me.Well there is some work on cng cylinder place it is broken and it requires new pieces by denter and also as you can see the floor need a bit of repair but engine bay looks fine to me but i m hoping for a confirmation from experts on pakwheel because if i go for a heavier engine then engine bay had to be in fine shape and please tell me that can i fine CB70 engine in Shobha Bazar Peshawar?

    Best regards.

There is no cutting in the swap done in the link shared. Its original mounting points were used. I am telling you this because its my car.

Depends what do you want this ride to become. Fuel econo or ricer. Light weight 1KR-FE seems to be the ultimate choice if it has its default ECU, wiring and integration with body.

the body is falling apart, those cracks you see at the seams where the bulkhead/firewall joins the aprons - That is a major safety issue. It seems that the car had multiple "dukes of hazzard" events.

At this point - this car would be flexing like an empty shoebox.

forget the engine.... strip the car to bare metal and get welding... xulfiqar bhai is right... i have never seen a car in this bad shape... which looks ok from the outside... but the car is literally splitting apart at the seams...

chassis alignment rack.. force the car into shape and then weld..
the problem is not our govt... its the people..
