Always use Decent Gauge Sheet. Make sure when you get your car painted do not leave the car interior side to be left to rust. What people do they get car's dents removed but they do not apply anything inside which leads to internal corrosion. Use appropriate joint sealer and undercarriage paint where necessary. Take control of your project do not let Denters and Mechanics treat you like Cashtumer....

I strongly recommend 1kr-fe as it is light weight engine. Secondly depending on your budget you can get very good paint done in lahore as well. Aju and javed Painter.

This is for a reason that they are getting paid for exterior paint only.

Like my brother (Skullbox) mentioned, there wasnt any alteration done to the chassis to fit the 2nz-fe. However, I would suggest you to go for a 1sz-fe since the 2nz-fe is an expensive proposition. Do keep in mind that the transmission for these engines is a little expensive. If you get the 4wd converted one, that would be cheaper but would have different gear ratios and would be a little noisy. At the end of the day, you would be spending around the same amount both for the 1sz-fe and for a 4efe or maybe more on the 1sz. If you plan on getting a 4efe, get a 5 forward transmission and not a 4 forward one. Though I'd like to mention here that parts for the 4e are getting rarer in the market and you often end up buying parts taken off of locally driven cars which already would have seen lots of kms and would wear out pretty soon if they already arent.

Well in my suggestion 1kr FE is better solution. If you want your car to be a beast you may try D17A tourqe engine. Everything is best provided you find good motor with complete wiring and do complete wiring

D15 is a good option if you get the 3 stage vtec one. And running it on cng wont be an issue either.

the daihatsu HD and HC engines which are the 1.3 and 1.6 4 cyl engines are very robust and strong - their parts are a bit expensive though, new parts are available for the HC engine which is the 1.6 as it came equipped in the dai rocky.

the g100 is a senior citizen now and has been scrapped in most places around the world thats why the lack of availability.
