the smaller master cylinder is too small to work up the GTti brakes, install the GTti one.

check the brake pipe routing and do a pressure bleed. Not a pump bleed. Pedal pump bleed on old master cylinders is very risky, let me tell you why.

The pistons never reach into the far end of the cylinder, which then corrodes off by old unchanged brake fluid. When you push the pedal down it will tear up the seals. Use a brick or wooden plank to limit movement if you dont have or cannot make a power bleeder.

In your case, start first by removing the cylinder, and bleeding it on the bench, then install it. check and adjust the projection of the bullet nose in the booster - its adjusted by the star nut in the cabin. Once you are done. Now proceed to bleed the brakes. Make sure the brake rubber pipes are NEW, not old scrap yard POS jenyan quality junk.

thanks for the tips xulfiqar bhai the TUNING SHOP i had my car in sent it to another workshop as they had not been able to solve the issues for the whole month car was given 10 days before eid and was received today and all that was done was suspension work that too only shocks were repaired and fitted back they swapped gtti hubs all around and could not make the brakes work since yes i replaced the pipes new ones but they were hard so went for japanese junk yard pipes @ 700/pc the new ones i replaced were 250/pc so ended up paying 4000 for just rubber pipes the problem was that they didnt bother to check if the pistons in the calipers were working or not and in due course changed everything to gtti spec but the brakes were shot the new workshop pulled out all calipers and serviced them and the brake started working besides the TUNER GODDAMNED MECHANICS had damaged some metal pipes during replacement and the front shocks nuts were tightened by me by hand that was the quality of their work.........have to go through the suspension again at my trusted workshop as im not satisfied with their work at all the electrical guy having his setup near this so called TUNING SHOP did a wonderfull job on my car even fitted an obd port to my swapped charade so i can go to any honda dealership and get my car checked anywhere for any fault

700/piece for an old rubber pipe? DAMN..

new original ones are cheaper than that. btw always replace them with some teflon tape on the threads.
