Default Most power out of a cb80?

OK so I was actually surprised that the charade came with an engine that more powerful than a lot of the cars on the streets. (74kw = 100hp approx) Anyways how much more can you boost the engine with stock internals? What about forged internals?
I'd assume you'd prolly just have to upgrade the turbo setup on it. Just wondering out of curiosity

it already has forged internals. its a magnificent engine honestly.

the only drawbacks it has are
the headbolts are not strong enough
    the throttle body is tiny
    the clutch is too small
the car it is attached to is not durable enough

People in Karachi had worked up some of them (myself included) and it does run like hell - but you are then limited by the gearbox etc - because they do give up.

my thinking was opposite as the engine is not so good but the other things are durable,
so the only option left is to go for 4efe so called setup? which engine to go for in G11?
i ve a 30 years old car even elder than me..

Forged internals for real? Jeeeez that's insane specially the price it goes for is basically nothing. Couldn't you fix the head bolt issue? And maybe use strut braces?

Most people recommend 4efte, 5afe, 7afe, d15b cultus engines etc.

4efte is probably the best option for more performance but don't run it on cng like a retard and you should probably upgrade brakes and other stuff to keep you safe.

Cuz 135hp Along with 700kg car is basically a 13sec quarter mile.

yes - I did put in ARP head studs, ARP dont sell it for daihatsu CB80 but there is a ford part number that you can use. The car already has strut braces on the top of the front shock towers and also a tie brace under the engine room. its pretty nice, but please remember the car was not built with durability or super long life in mind either. It was basically a cheap and fast hatchback.

The block is not cross bolted and neither deep skirted, it will flex at high cylinder pressure. So when we had a subaru wrx turbo on it running a total of 5 fuel injectors in it with a larger throttle body. we had good flow in and out the head but then you get limited from the ECU timing and fuel control - because its very basic. Think of it as the engine is already quite highly stressed, you are squeezing more power from it. Something will either stop you or sacrifice itself.

the sacrifice was usually the small diameter clutch plate.

So it's a hard to find engine then?
    Well that sucks.
