The oil cap in OP's vehicle seems fine. It has a connector for the vacuum pipe.

The cap is just fine it is just painted flat black and hoses were not connected at that time, so don't worry oil won be sludging anywhere in this pocket rocket.

that thin pipe is also missing in my g11s oil cap ,never witnessed any sludge. By the way it seems like you have replaced thebrake master cylinder . I had to change mine too , The old original was amazing , had double step braking , the replacement however (from a cuore) is producing a single step brake.

I dont know much about those vaccum pipes though i keep them plugged because i have also heard the evil sludge theory and yes agree with you about the brake master cylinder
