Well guys i am greatfull that u people are taking interest in this experiment. what i have experienced is far more different and it is so cozz u people only know some details. let me tell some more details:
*. Timing Belt Broken
*. Valves Jammed
*. Head Broken
*. Searched for Qabli Simple Diesel Head, Not Found
*. Found a Turbo Diesel Head in a very good Condition with Valves, Cam and Tooth Pullies.
*. Went to Machinist, make up the Head.
*. Assembled the Engine without any Turbo Kit
*. Engine got jammed, Valves Broken
*. here worth to mention that both tooth pullies (pump and shaft) are of turbo
*. again machining of head was done, valves replacement and assembly done but with Non Turbo Tooth Pullies.
*. Engine got jammed, Valves Broken
*. Again Machining Done, Valves Changed, Assembly of Engine Done.
*. Now on Ground Engine was tested. Crank Shaft pully was given spins on ground without starting the engine
*. Finally in following condition engine got started:
1. Tooth Pullies installed at head are of Turbo
2. Tooth Pullies installed at Engine Block are of Non Turbo
3. Only the tooth pully of crank shaft installed at block was set at two tooth downwards.
so thats how the engine got started.
and than as i already told that i did running on 50 to 60 Km/h for 500 Kms with Delo Gold Engine Oil. Changed it after 500 Km. and now it is running very smoothly and with enhanced performance. so guys this is the whole of the story. another thing which is causing trouble that gaskit is new there is no mixing of engine oil in water. head is faced also but in radiator water get dry? now pls look into this matter. the point of discussion is that although the vehicle is running in a perfect condition but how long? cozz u know its an alteration and i dont knowhow long it will remain in perfect condition. thanx
