Default Honda City Help!!!!! Really urgent

Salamz to all of PW members, i was having a quite big problem with my car so i thought i could get any good solution from here.
From last 2 months my city is giving me terrible fuel output. Approximately it is drinking about 3-5km/l and i believe thats too much. herez my car specs and service info:

    Honda City Vario 2004
    crossed 69500 km
    Totally on Petrol
Oil and oil filter is changed after every 3000km.
Gets full service n tuning after 7500 km.
Gear oil was changed after 40000km.
I believe Fuel filter hasn't still changed.

This car is totally in my father use and he never used it wildly. Before these 2 months car was giving an output of 15-17km/l but now i don't know what happened to it, So plz friends help me with you suggestion and tips.

check for leaks and tyre pressure.

Is the car having difficulty accelerating? Then it could be fuel pump/filter and air filter/spark plugs.

    3-5 kmpl is VERY low.

Therez no leaks or any pressure lacking anywhere.
Acceleration is a little bit heavy and spark plugs and air filters were replaced a month back.
At that time mechanic did full tunning so i believe that he would have messed up with race, but still car was over drinking a month back to that.

same thing i have experienced in my baleno. It was giving 16km/l and after tunning/ plugs replacement, avg fell down to 9-10km/l. I changed the plugs and reverted to the ones i got replaced and all set. Also, check the spark plugs gap. may be that is out of specs. This is also a known cause of poor mileage. Good luck.

I own a city 1.5Exi NEO and it has done 85K (PETROL) and i am the first owner of this car i started having the same problem at about 70K. the service history of the car was perfect i mean the oil change and everything. So i took it to Honda Pit stop they plugged in the PGM and found out that the IMA value which is the ratio of Fuel and air mixture was upset, they did all the checks and put all the values to default what it should be. After that i am feeling much better response of fuel economy. It gives almost 14km/l on motorway and about 10km/l in city with AC.
So i guess you should go to honda and ask them to check the IMA value for your car.

the least i can figure is that Honda City has a CAT convertor, to lower emisions same as in japanese cars, (euro3) due to low quality fuel that gets chocked. please get it checked by Honda or any cylincer wala u noe. either ul have to replace it or either ull have to get it out.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

    @chinyoti
yes he is right that may well be the reason for fuel economy what the cylincer wala does is that he cleans the cylicer of your car in a special desi way which you will find out for sure so go to him and ask him. that will also help.
