Default Honda city IDSi CNG consumption (180/55)

I have a 2004 IDSi (manual) with 23000 done. I noticed how many kms do I get with a full cylinder of CNG (I have a 55 kgs cylinder). On one occasion it gave me 173, the second time I got 190 kms...which is simply amazing! This means, the average is around 180 kms. Even my alto (1000cc) can’t beat IDSi’s consumption!

I guess the filling of the CNG tank depends on the outside temperature. That is why the variation in mileage.

This car is supposed to be 1300 cc,but I have Civic Exi 1996 model ( 1500cc) giving me 165 plus on lonroute, with average speed of 120/130,so it mainly depends on the pressure of specific CNg station, which effects our mileage.
Moreover, setting of CNG in Engine, Speed,Usage of gears, displacement of Engine, quality of CNG, condition of tyres, and your driving habbits matter alot.

@Robin: My Alto has a Lendi Renzo (or however you spell it) kit....and it gives me almost Rs.2 per km...which means I usually get 110 kms on Rs.220

@afnan_88: The performance, so far is pretty good...The pick of my car isn't slow, trust me One of my friends has got a 2004 IDSi, with 33000 kms done (on petrol) and his car's pick is not as good as mine. I bought this car couple of weeks ago...and it came with CNG installed and 22000 kms done. City's pick on CNG is not good, that's for sure, but if you get an electronic kit installed (that is one with Emulator and Advancer/Timer) you will not feel much difference. I remember one of pakwheels members once posted that an Advancer is not required for City, as the timing is already advanced due to the 8 plug mechanism, which is not true.
