    Default Need suggestion for what tires and rim to purchase for Honda city vario 2006

    Dear All

    Need your expert opinion as i want to change my rims from stock to alloys also need opinion about what tires to purchase and should i go for 14 inch or 15 inch rims. I need to put them on honda city vario 2006. keeping in mind the comfort and safety both.

    Brother...remember always go for Taiwan or Japan made Alloys,Our markets are full with goodlooking n goodshape Chineese Rims...They r only 4 look they havent life they got out,cracked after some time n For tyres go for Yokohama(Baadshah of tyres),Toyo,Michellen... beware of General :-)

    You can easily install 15" wheels in your car if comfort and safety are concerned tyres like Yokohama,Dunlop,bridgestone are equally good go for those which suit your budget but agreed with smartdevil that instead of going for chinese rims its better to drive on your stock rims.

    I do agree with the suggestions given by smartdevil, actually chinese rims are only for show purpose. I myself is looking for alloy rims for my civic, but still searching for some 2nd hand japanese or taiwanese alloys. Remember, tyres and rims are the parts of car with direct contact of your car with ground / road. And above all "SAFETY FIRST". Wish u best of luck bro !

    Friends please help me out here, should i go for 175/65/R14 size with Michelen Energy Saver Tyres or yokohama S or C drive. One last thing i am confused about are the rims should i stick to stock or which brand to buy.

    dont go for very big rims or tyres. vario is already a tortoise.

    if u can afford michlin, go for it. otherwise yoko C drive or DB would do.
    Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....

    @hash4u ... budget is not an issue and what would you suggest in michelin and what rims should i go for, as i cant find the original steermatic ones.
