Haha.... you're OBVIOUSLY looking for suggestions, thats WHY you're here. If your feelings are hurt because of what people have to say then you're on the wrong boards.

I'd NOT turbo this ride even if you placed a bundle of 5,000s on my desk
But I'd love to throw a K20 in it..

Forced inducted engines run higher compressions. It is a very common practice install a thicker head gasket to raise the compression instead of changing out the pistons. I can only refer back to Supras as I grew up on them, in order to turbo charge the 2JZGE, you can either replace the pistons on the NA to the TT pistons or replace the head gasket with a thicker one. One of my local (not local to Pakistan) friends is running a thicker headgasket on his 2JZ and had his car tuned by Tommy Bahn (use Google, he is THE guy that holds the current record for the Texas mile) at around 700hp~. If you need further explanation, you can search for it yourself @ Supraforums.com as I'm sure someone there has a better and in detail explanation then I care to give at the moment.

if im allowed to make a suggestion...i would say that if you have spare 60-70 thousand rupees in your pocket then
1- paste a TURBO STICKER on it
2- get your car big big big bumpers
3- install some more colored neon lights (as you have two colors already)
    and finally
4- get a good CNG kit and enjoy your ride...

my motive to say it all "DON'T MAKE YOUR LIFE DIFFICULT"
and please don't mind cause it is just a suggestion, choice is always yours

As far as turbo'ing a City, I don't see a reason why it can't be done very easily. Besides the hardware and the plumbing required, the fuel map can be handled with something as simple as a Map ECU but if you're looking for something that will give you timing control then you're going to have to invest into something more serious but it is definitely readily available. Distributor or less has nothing to do with any of this... Supra TT's do NOT have distributors which are infamous for making ridiculous amounts of power. With the current setup and the compression ration, you can still get away with boosting but the amount is very limited to *maybe* 10-12~psi, depending on your wideband reading of course. You'll need to replace your head gasket with a higher compression one to raise the boost but I doubt you'll be doing any of this without spending some "serious" cash.

    Kruso
Surprised sir that distributor has nothing to do. How will you retard the ignition timing on boost ? On every 1psi 0.85Degree timing is retarded or you retard the overall timing from distributor. Well of supra they don't have distributor. 1st of all Supra map sensor supports till 1.5bar and its fueling. Plus if you upgrade supra to a very high level you use aftermarket ecu or piggyback like E-Manage ultimate to retard its timing and for the fueling. Secondly sir on boosted engine you require the lower compression to be on safe side you need between 8.5CR. 4EFTE stock Compression ratio is 8.25:1. Plus in new cars if you use SAFC, VAFC or NEO for the fueling engine check light glows if you do anything with these fueling management units. Handling a MAF in a boosted car is not easy that's why people MAF sensor switch to MAP sensors. Like 1JZ-GTE USDM version came with MAF and JDM version came with MAP sensor. So people change the complete wiring in order to get MAP sensor. Plus honda engines have a very high compression ratio google it you will come to know.

Wasay bhai for free flow exhaust system you need to remove its CAT converter. Check engine light glows if you remove CAT converter in this car and new generation civic. This car comes with 2 O2 sensor. Adding fueling management like VAFC or NEO will not be supported any amendments will glow the CEL.

A very friendly advice. Sell this car you will have a ample amount of budget to make a beast.
