good tyres can withstand heat build-up. you should set your tyre pressure according to the manufacturers guidelines first thing in the morning with as little driving as possible.
as you use the tyres they will heat up slightly but as i said above, good tyres will dissipate the heat and your tyre pressure will not rise dramatically. as long as your tyres are not more than 4 years old adn have a heat rating of at least "A" then you can continue to use them within their speed rating all day and they will not fail.
