    It may be there to channel the heat of the bulb out.

    I agree with the above, if you cover the holes then your bulb will get hot.

    oki agreed,

    but dont you think this is very desi type of solution by honda to get the heat out. through this hole light can easily be dusted and blur.

    Add a small vent fan.

    The new AUDI R8 that comes with the LED Projectors has Heat sinks and fans at the back of the headlights to drive the heat away from the easily damaged LEDs.

    Check reverse parking bulb area in the New Altos, you'll see a hole in it as well for the same reason.

    Are you the 1st owner? If not, i think, the previous owner might have installed those stupid flashers as this hole shouldn't be there + it doesn't seem as good to be company created

    No I am not the first owner, but when i purchased it was only 4K driven by an 65 year old Doctor baba G and i dont think he used to be installed flasher, and he was living alone here later he went to his family and sold the car. i,ll check some other IDSi and then will confirm it.
