Exclamation City 2007 Vario knocking problem

    Hey guys....

I purchased a Honda City 2007 Vario couple of months back. The car's engine gives a knocking sound whenever the car is accelerated. its a constant sound.
I got it checked from Honda service center and they said that this Vario model has an inherent problem as the petrol quality is poor, he advised me to use hi-octane instead.

Can u guys guide me expecially those who own a similar model???

    Thanx in advance.

Get new plugs and gap them properly.
Run on 50-50 hi octane / super mixture. it will be minimized.
    No other options.

    well its true
but with 30 - 70 proportion will kill the knock.
no need to do 50-50.....hi octane is to damn expensive
Life is short and very unpredictable just like a Quarter mile .....
