    Default City 2009, fuel tank

AOA fellows, hope everyone will be fine

it may feel stupid to some one, but i am really frustrated and wanted to share with you people so if there might be a solution

i have city 2009, overall i am really happy with this car but it has got almost zero sound deadening. when little stones hit the car from beneath or from sides, that is heard very loudly inside the car
tunnnnnnnnggggggggg, tinnnnnnnnggggggg like sounds from the doors or may be from beneath the car

and the most horrible thing which made me create this thread is the fuel tank sound. i guess the fuel tank of city is below the driver seat. when i drive my car on a little uneven road, i hear the sound of petrol jumping inside the tank. I am sorry guys i dont know the exact word to explain to you. this sound is similar to when i put Nestle Water bottle in my car's back seat and drive and the sound of the water that comes from the bottle.

i dont know if other city owners will be facing the same problem or not, but if you please share your experiences, and if you people have any solution.
    Thanks

brother City's fuel tank is under the back seat, so its quite near to the driver. maybe that's why you hear the sounds. I'm sure some experts here can guide you how to dampen your car acoustically.

btw we owned a City Vario 2003 some while ago, and i found that car to be really well dampened, alot better then our current 2002 civic.

From my understanding the fuel tank in the new City (09+) is under the front seats.

I also own a 10 City but i don't notice noise from the fuel tank. Although i am a very careful driver and slow down enough on bumps and uneven roads which is probably why i cant hear any noises.

if possible make your fuel tank always FULL upto tip you wont hear any further sound again,
if not then make it FULL EMPTY, so as a result, NO Fuel NO Sound
    hope it works...

on a serious note city 09 has much harder shocks then a corolla, although its a nice car and jitni price hai , usmey fitt hai
