Default problem on cng in city idsi

well i ve recently purchased a honda city 2005 manual....the problem is that it is very sluggish and dies on cng when i release the clutch....but as it gains some rpm...the pick seems pretty decent..the car has just clocked 58k on odo n was maintained previously at my mechanic .....i went to my mechanic nd he fiddled with cng settings but the problem is still there....
I guess that the advancer emulator unit is the culprit....becoz the previous owner had taken off the cng kit from his corolla gli n installed that in the city.....
Do both the cars have same advancer and emulator or diffrerent ones?????....
its a green coloured tomasetto lovato unit.Guys i m waiing for ur expert opinions

first try to fiddle with the gas flow. if thats not making difference in the pick then proceed towards the advancr emulatr
the two in one emulator advancer works fine in IDSI
but there might be a problem with the wiring or maybe the advancer part of it aint working
