    Default Honda City MT 2011

Just bought a brand new Honda City MT. I'll be getting the delivery form Honda Shahra-e-Faisal in a couple of days.

Wanted to ask what to expect at the time of the delivery of the vehicle? What should I be checking in terms of equipment to know that there has been no compromise on quality and all electronics etc work OK?

Also, what mods do you guys suggest? Are the stock tires OK in terms of quality and performance? I feel the tyres are a bit small (175/65/R15s) when compared to the size of the vehicle? Should I get, say, 195/65/R15s instead? What else should I get changed, if at all?

    Thanks,

Yaar, a few scratches have appeared on my cars bumpers. I hate it when people touch your car while its standing idle in parking.
Is there any product that can remove these small scratches without having the bumpers repainted? These are not dents, only scratches.

    Try using wax/polish.
    That should do it.

Depends on the extent of damage i .e how deep the scratches are. As a tester u can clean ur car nice n proper n have a look at the scratches in good light. If u can see the scratch going deeper than the paint itself n showing the body of the bumper that is a black colour of the plastic of the bumper then im afraid the scratch is too deep to be removed with compound or polish. On the other hand if they are light scratches, i.e only going into the clear coat till the paint n not exposing the black body of the bumper than u can solve the problem in a number of ways.

Best solution is that as ur car is new so dont go for hard cutting compounds, just get a light compound of high quality, scratch remover from mothers and ultimate compound from Meguiars both recommended. U can find them at optimum motor sports in zamzama. Both are clear coat safe and easily usable even by a rookie.

Post the high resolution pics if possible and i can suggest the exact treatment.
