    Default honda city 2004

    hello PWS

My honda city 2004 right side doors are damaged in an accident. I went to javed autos as per recommendation of fellow PWs and was surprised at the cost of getting the job done they were asking for 75000. however this is just to share my experience but the real problem I am facing is in finding doors as khokha has to be replaced. Someone told me in peshawar I could easily find doors of japanese city as doors available in Bilal ganj are either repaired or are of insurance vehicle. If anybody could sugest that what should be done,

There isn't a single dent and interior is as good as new. The plastic sheet is intact and seems untouched.

75000 is just insane!!. Go to Car Point on thokr niaz baig. They are pretty good at painting and denting. I hav recently got some work done from them on my Honda City 2004. The quality of work is exceptionally good. They will charge u 4500/door and rest for any denting required on other parts of the body of the car. Go to them, meet up with Zahid Sb. or Abid Sb. do mention that u came via PW, u'll get a pretty good discount.

I also share the same opinion that 75000 is insane! But I didn't mention this to the owner however I mentioned on this forum as I got to know about him through PW and dun want any of the member ripped of his hard earned money. There is an interesting facct when I was about to leave the shop Butt saab came and offered me huge discount which I declined as didn't like their way of dealing. I will visit car point to check their paint quality.

Butt isn't as good as he is portrayed to be. I got some work done from him on my friend's cuore n it wasn't actually that good. Javed auto's prominent denters have left him. Only butt remains because he isn't prominent.

here is Abid sahab's no. 0321-4025777.
They will charge u roughly 4-4.5K for painting one bumper. This rate is slightly more than an ordinary painter but the quality of paint job and color matching is excellent. They'll b able to give u some discount if u mention that u came via PW.

    Thanx brother !

well, 4-4.5 for one bumper is high for sure, but their quality must be exceptional as well now coz usually the ordinary painters quote 3-3.5 for both bumpers

Indeed! I remember paying 1100 to an ordinary painter for painting my mehran's bumper. The paint chipped off in 2 weeks .
But the Car Point's paint quality is just exceptional. They use a paint booth that is y they charge so much because the running cost of a paint booth is a lot.

In my opinion chipping is because of nature of dent if a dent is deep and a lot of filling is needed than paint will chip of else on a smooth surface there is lesser possibility of paint chip of
