Apply some olive oil first, then polish it with son of a gun. If no luck try out "Mother's Rubber and leather polish"

    Oilve oil on dashboard

Clean the dash board with surf water and wipe it off with a dry/wet cloth, then apply polish.

PS: The polish atracts too much dust inside the car, sticking in to AC vents. It gets realy bad after sometime, and its not realy easy to clean it aswell.
Get over the fact that Xli lacks power windows, Its an Xli because it lacks thoose features or else it would be a Gli or an Altis if had all the goodies.

Who told you to use these cleaners & protectors ,I doubt if its written in owners's manual
just use the damp cloth to clean any dirt & dont use these item as they will increase the glare & shine which produce reflection in day time driving
