    hello gear heads,

please help me as to what are my options if u want to change/replace the transmission of city vario 2005.

also the differential is a part of the gear system or when we say replace the gear what actually includes in that. (local ustad said "hissay" i think he meant differential correct me if iam wrong)

in front wheel transmission differential is built-in by default. auto transmission of Hondas & Toyotas are in plenty at Sher Shah in Karachi, if you want to replace aka swap. Old one can be adjusted for price difference. repair will cost MORE than swap.

when you take such a challenge, you should be aware that the scrappie (japanese scrap) transmissions and the ones installed by Atlas Honda are different internally, to use a junkyard item you need its ECU too.

The difference is in the output shaft speed sensor wheel in the transmission.
