Your problem is not with the camshaft. Please refrain from getting any engine head work being done, your problem is totally pointing in the other direction.

Get your Fuel Injectors checked, there's a bright chance they might be clogged.
Your Fuel Filter will need replacement as well.
Your Fuel Injector Rail will need to be replaced too.

This happens when you drive on CNG while there's little Petrol in the car tank. When you switch to Petrol, the deposits in the tank then clog the fuel lines and eventually the injectors.

You will get a set of Kabli injectors from Shershah for around 4k, try finding good ones and get them checked before buying, this is very important !

Get a brand new fuel filter when you get this done
Better get this done as soon as possible because your car starts on Petrol and THEN converts to CNG, if the condition of the injectors gets worse, you'll have more problems.

If you can afford brand new injectors, that would be the best solution since Kabli injectors are just temporary and won't last you as long.

Hopefully this will help you, keep us updated

I have also had similar problem on my idsi. Those honda theives that your engine is finished will need a complete everhaul this and that. Car was as smooth as butter on CNG. Tried my luck went to a new mechanic who claimed to be an efi specialist and returned from dubai. by the name of allah i started. The situation was so worse on petrol that the car could not go beyond 500 rpm and continuous missing. he changed the injectors, there was some problem in emmulator as well so rectified that too and cleaned the fuel filter and checked the fuel pump its alright. When the car started on petrol it was wonder. Car was as smooth as butter better than CNG and idling on 750 rpm. No the pick is awesome and car drips more water than it used to do in morning. Ride has also improved on CNG but on petrol its awesome. So better get these things checked if the problem persists than you can go for engine work

Thanks, it's a common problem, mechanics are misguiding everyone.

To prevent this from happening again, keep your tank at least at the 40 Litre mark. Use PSO Petrol. Problem won't happen again anytime soon

You will get brand new original Injectors for around 12k, at least that's the price in Karachi.

But in Islamabad it might be different, however, if you go to 3S dealerships, they'll quote you a lot more.

    Kabli one's range from 3k to 5k

Do update us after you've tried changing them

here is where i went for my issue ... just visit once may be you might not need new injectors but make sure you go there no later then 10 : 00am other wise they wont take your ride .... on the road from Eid Gah Nazimabad to shershah there is a PSO petrol pump on right hand side right beside that pump there is HONDA SAEED AUTOS (its a honda pit stop) just go there and meet MR. Saeed he is the owner and explain your problem I am sure he'll have your ride fixed

These stupid mechanics term any noise coming from engine to bad crankshaft. One of the mechanics + 2 honda 3s dealers have told me that your engine is done blah blah. Dear friend if engine has any issues they would amplify and the car would do more problems on CNG than on petrol that is why when the engine is overhauled first its set on petrol than they test it on CNG because a weaker engine would never be troublefree on CNG. If the crankshaft has any noise than it should not perform well if the crankshaft can move at 5-6 k rpm than I dont think there is any problem with the crankshaft because if there had been any problem it would have made crank heavier than normal putting more load on engine so engine would never rev upto its maximum rpms. If an engine with a bad crank can rev upto 6000 rpm than an engine with a good crank should rev at 8000 rpm and which is not possible. So I would further say that check any parts that are solely used on petrol i,e injectors, fuel rail, pump, filter also get ecu checked it may have some error or fault get it repaired

Congratulations, glad to have solved your problem

Get the fuel filter as well, 600rs is worth it otherwise you'll be in the same situation again soon

    Did you buy Kabli parts?

4.5k is a very good price
