Default Honda City Vario 2008, loss of RPM when AC starts

    Friends,

I recently got a leaking AC pipe replaced in my car. It might have been happening before but since the ac gas was not full it might not have been that noticeable, but when the gas was filled up again the RPM when idle dipped to 400 and there was visible knocking, before when the ac was turned on the RPM would increase. I had the car checked by my mechanic, he had the spark plugged changed (which were due anyway) and sprayed anti-carb inside the air intake. He did say that it will take a few days before the full effect of the spark plugs and spray takes place, but I being restless as usual, am sending out this query right away, the RPM are still plunging when ac running on idle (at stops mostly), will it improve with time, or something else needs to be done, my car runs on petrol by the way.

Use Hi Octane for a couple of fills, when the jerking stops then use a mix of hi octane and super for another couple of fills, then change your filling station. The petrol you are using is not good, Honda recommends using hi octane only, but not affordable, find a pump from where after the fill the car does not jerk

after covering some Km distance a new problem appears that is rpm gets down... when i stay on any SIGNAL.. when i remove my leg from Brake Padell car pick-up is too slow..

plz help me out.. what to be done..
Have you checked your cvt oil in near future? It's time to have it changed with genuine Honda cvt oil. Change it and let us know. And remember when you first start your car in morning (engine cold) wait for the rpm needle to come near 1 instead of just pushing the car just after startup. Matlab 1 ya 2 min ka wait karo k engine sahi tarah sai garam hojaye.

Bro, if i am not wrong, its nothing to do with the plugs, every car has a part(i dun remember the name of the part) which increases the cars accletration /stablizes the RPM, all you need to do is go to some good mechanic who will replace that part and the problem will be resolved inshaaa-Allah

bro...people think vario can not be run on CNG...actually it can not be run on cng because it has CVT gears which are calibrated with some specific output power of the engine...and cng has lesser power then the patrol which make it drop the rpm...but if you follow some simple steps you can easily run your vehicle on CNG and save your pocket...1. use only honda genuine CVTF and replaced it after every 20000 km..2. on full stop at red light put gear in N...3. Drive on CNG only when engine cold light went off......
moreover my prob is not with the gears that for sure...there is some thing related to the engine...and if its gear box went faulty it will give same response on petrol also and produce noise also...which is not in my case...please help..

Get you throttle body cleaned, and not by your mechanic, he will only spray inside and pray for the best, it does not help. Either ask him or take your car to honda workshop, to open the throttle body, take out the inlets and then clean them (spraying from outside seldom helps), you will be surprised at the dirt formed on them (I was).

Brother any good mechanic or electrician will diagnose the current leakage.

Brother new coils are damn expensive.

Rs. 6,500 / coil for genuine Thailand, 4,600 for Malaysian and 2,800 for Chinese multiply to 8.

First check which coil is faulty the leaking coil will be diagnosed by any good electrician or mechanic.

The coils usually work 5 years easily and 2-3 years on CNG.
